Can banked hours only be used for on site response?

No. Your banked hours can be used for anything including training, program modifications or on site response. Anything other than emergency on site response must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Can I download pricing details?

Yes. Just click here.

Do you only cover SIEMENS equipment?

No. We specialise in SIEMENS equipment. Please contact us for more information regarding non-SEIMENS equipment or bespoke systems.

What is the initial system check?

This is where we assess your system for vulnerabilities such as obsolete spares. We create a report detailing areas of concern and how we plan to address these issues. We also use this time to become familiar with the equipment and software in order to achieve the best fault rectification times possible.

Why do I need back-ups?

Software is a costly asset and it should be maintained like any piece of physical equipment. Losing a PLC's software could mean a very expensive re-write and huge amounts of system downtime.

What is back-up management?

Back-up management is a system we put in place in order to keep track of software changes and the reasons for these changes.
